What is Vinegar?
Vinegar's main ingredient is Acetic Acid. The chemical formula for acetic acid CH3COOH. However actic acid alone is not vinegar. Vinegar must be made from natural materials in a natural process. Acetic acid is sometimes called ethanoic acid.
